We always keep some free space daily to see registered patients, but will also make time to see new patients who are in trouble.
If you have pre-booked, we ask you to arrive in plenty of time for your appointment and report to the reception.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance so we can reallocate the time. Failure to do so may result in a fee.
We are open from 9 – 5 but will see emergencies until 10pm and on weekends.
Payment for emergency visits is based on time required but is free for all of our registered plan patients. Please ask reception if you would like more information about this. We look forward to helping you.
